Crossroads Home Care and Hospice is dedicated to serving the Health Care needs of the people of San Francisco. We are located in the avenues. Our company was founded in 1996 with the idea that Home Care and Hospice Care should be a matter of choice to individuals. Medicare is an entitlement whereby you as beneficiary have the right to choose your healthcare provider. We at Crossroads honor that comittment with excellent service, education, and a promise to work with you as we address your needs.
Company History
People often ask how one gets involved in any business. This company was founded by people of like minds who had a love of the Hospice Philosophy of Care. Some of us had personal experiences with Hospice, others had work experience with Hospice. The answer I (Phil Murphy) might give today is one that a jewelry craftsman in Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland once gave me when I asked how long it had taken to make the ring I bought. He answered, "50 years", which was indeed his whole life. Indeed the history of Crossroads is embeded in the past with all of the life experiences of its founders.
